Our weekend retreats are designed to have at their heart the key pillars of spiritual wellbeing, complete relaxation, restorative balance, soft fitness and  providing good nutritional vegetarian food.

The weekend retreats provides guests with an opportunity to enjoy quality time for reflection and the discovery of inner peace through mindfulness practices and meditation.
