Time: 10.30 – 11.30 am
Dates: April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th
Cost: 70 euro (14 euro per session)
Energize: Yoga movements through mindful awareness. We become intrigued as to what ‘is possible’ in the body when we explore movement with clear perception and insight. Relearning how to move, stretch, release and relax with ease and increased awareness of your physical body.
Explore: Guided meditation practice – a gentle skill in understanding our autopilot mode of mind while allowing for a kinder approach towards understanding how we can learn to work with our thoughts and inner chatter.
Enjoy! The aim of the five weeks! Learning to have a space to explore how it feels to stretch and unwind both physical and mental tensions that may be rebalanced with care, kindness and mindful attention.
