What You Can Experience ?
Our monthly workshops support an educational and experiential approach towards development of a psychological healthy mind state. This approach is delivered through a cognitive understanding with a personal experiential awareness. Included in the workshop are guided meditations and gentle somatic movements. Topics of varied interest in relation to stress, mindfulness, consciousness and spirituality.
To share my many years of personal and professional experiences that has taken me far and wide in my pursuit of deeper learning. Learning how to understand my mind, develop my capacity to release fears, anxieties and the many unconscious attachments that keep us from enjoying this one and only truly amazing life.
